Mental Health Recovery Specialist

Mental Health Outreach Counselors provide support and guidance to individuals in their recovery journey. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with participants to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, promoting resiliency, hope, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist participants in achieving their individualized recovery goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the team to develop and review treatment plans, ensuring participants' involvement and progress.
Use evidence-based strategies and interventions to restore and teach daily living skills, promoting safe housing, self-care, and community integration.
Provide transportation for participants as assigned by program supervisors.
Complete all required documentation and attend weekly team meetings and trainings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
High School Diploma / GED required.
Experience working with individuals in mental health recovery.
Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record required.
