Job Summary
The Project Manager IV-Ops Lead is responsible for overseeing large enterprise-wide programs with multiple interconnected project work streams. This role ensures smaller projects deliver on tactics impacting the overall organizational strategy.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration, Project Management, or related field is required. A Master's Degree is preferred. Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification is required.
Work Experience
- 7-10 years of experience managing projects, including:
- Minimum four years' experience implementing large, complex projects
- Minimum three years' experience working on project(s) involving project life cycle methodologies
- Minimum three years' experience managing project budgets
- Minimum of two years' experience managing large programs with multiple project work streams
- Minimum four years' experience leading project teams
