Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work autonomously, effectively manage time, prioritize responsibilities, take initiative, and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with proficient organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to adapt to the evolving needs of program participants.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by patience, empathy, and compassion.
  • Must maintain certifications in CPR and first aid.
  • Ability to foster and cultivate a supportive community within a diverse, multicultural residential environment.
  • Timely completion of required documentation in accordance with regulatory and funding standards.
  • A valid driver's license, adequate automobile insurance, a clean driving record, and access to a safe, reliable vehicle during work hours.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LADC1 is preferred.
