Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the care of fertility patients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our clinical team.
- Provide patient and couple counseling, education, and support to promote informed decision-making and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Teach patients and their partners about procedures, injection administration, and other essential aspects of fertility care.
- Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate patient treatment plans in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Establish a supportive environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure timely and effective communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license and experience in women's health or fertility care.
- Strong electronic medical record (EMR) skills and experience working in a clinical setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and a high level of professionalism.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
