Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients via phone, email, or ticket system to address their inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Audit orders for accuracy before releasing them to ensure seamless production.
  • Collaborate with production planners and schedulers to prioritize expedited requests.
  • Communicate material failures and remake requests to sales teams, creating replacement production work orders as needed.
  • Closely monitor sales orders and manually close them when applicable.
  • Offer alternative products to satisfy customer needs if standard materials are unavailable.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a proven track record of completing tasks thoroughly and accurately.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to function independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
