Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Thoracic & Vascular Surgical Unit in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
About the Unit:Ellison 19 is a 30-bed unit primarily taking patients after PACU recovery. We specialize in complex thoracic, esophageal, pulmonary, laryngeal, tracheal resections and reconstruction, as well as diverse vascular surgeries.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including chest tubes, tracheal tubes, pain management, and telemetry monitoring.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices.
