Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Comcast products and services to customers, providing demonstrations and education to maximize their experience.
  • Take a customer-first approach, listening and evaluating customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities, ensuring customers fully understand how to use and manage Comcast products and services.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
  • Understand sales compensation plan and its key elements.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
