Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to address and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Regularly update and manage billing documentation and records.
  • Communicate with customers to fulfill specific billing requests.
  • Execute various administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to meet customer needs.
  • Assess and confirm service dates and billed amounts for accuracy.
  • Ensure all client information is complete and accurate prior to billing cycles.
  • Take initiative in additional billing tasks to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Review billing information for accuracy and correct any errors identified.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when required.

Compensation: $20-21 per hour
