Customer Service Operations Manager

A career opportunity exists for a skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Leader at Food Lion in Goldsboro, NC. As a key member of the Front End team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless store operations.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to lead our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing support to customers.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of office functions, including cash reports and register checkups
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $55,000 - $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
