Collaborating with the executive leadership team, the Vice President will implement the corporate strategic plan, concentrating on expanding customer segments and forging business partnerships. This role will also be pivotal in formulating a sales-oriented strategic plan to create diverse revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability through proactive sales opportunity generation and conversion. The primary objective is to boost sales volumes, enhance market share, and acquire customers while efficiently managing resources and costs for sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to execute the corporate strategic plan and devise additional strategies to ensure profitable revenue streams. Additionally, lead the Strategic Accountability Committee and, when necessary, engage with the E.A. Sween Board of Directors.
  • Develop capabilities to thoroughly analyze the business landscape, comprehend competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Work alongside internal stakeholders to identify market demands and innovate new products.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and cultivate long-term partnerships.
  • Collect, analyze, and review data for revenue forecasting, KPIs, risk management, and budgeting. Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, making adjustments as necessary for sustainable growth. Utilize data and technology to assess and enhance sales processes, identify challenges, and improve performance.
  • Engage with industry experts and an external network of peers to stay informed about the latest sales enablement technologies, best practices, and benchmarks.
  • Develop effective, data-driven pricing strategies to ensure the company achieves targeted profit margins.
  • Oversee the development of strong brands and impactful marketing campaigns to distinguish products in a competitive marketplace and capture consumer interest.
  • Conduct research to identify internal and external opportunities for expanding and optimizing revenue-generating activities. Continuously refine the company's brand strategy in response to market trends and creative opportunities.
  • Utilize customer insights and research to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning.
  • Invest in research and development to create innovative products or enhance existing ones, ensuring competitiveness and meeting evolving consumer preferences.
  • Build effective teams through recruitment, mentoring, and development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 15+ years of proven experience in driving revenue growth through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
  • Experience in the Food Industry and/or Manufacturing.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Experience in establishing, leading, communicating, and executing strategic business plans.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation and achieving alignment among parties while delivering business results and fostering win-win outcomes.
  • Proven track record in building effective teams that drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Experienced leader who is passionate about people development and promotes a culture of diversity, belonging, and inclusion.
