Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance business performance by identifying opportunities and collaborating with operational leadership.
  • Foster relationships with the Chief Operating Officer, Group Vice Presidents, Regional Directors of Operations, and site leadership.
  • Develop and deliver monthly presentations to management across various levels.
  • Lead and facilitate monthly operational reviews with Group Vice Presidents.
  • Partner cross-functionally to formulate strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Simplify intricate site challenges for both operations and finance leadership.
  • Assist in the development and execution of site plans, key performance indicators, and trend analysis.
  • Monitor and communicate monthly risks and opportunities.
  • Drive enhancements in reporting, analytics, and forecasting processes.
  • Augment data through advanced data warehousing and adaptive methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively at both detailed and executive levels.
  • Support site decisions, including transfers and expansions.
  • Ensure standardized and effective site performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance, development, and training of direct reports.
  • Conduct annual performance assessments for direct reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Extensive financial expertise with over 10 years of experience in finance.
  • Proven ability to foresee, identify, and resolve complex financial challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is determined by various factors, including the individual's skills, experience, and training, as well as geographic considerations and organizational needs. Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for this position: $180K - $195K annually.
