Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures per department protocols
  • Provide feedback on image quality for improvement
  • Address customer needs appropriately according to age-specific, service-specific, and disease-specific criteria
  • Maintain patient efficiency by allocating the appropriate amount of time for each task and interaction
  • Adhere to UK behavioral standards during interactions with patients, coworkers, and physicians
Requirements:
  • AS degree
  • 1 year of related experience
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Kentucky State Radiation Operators License
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Computed Tomography (CT) certification
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of objects over 50 lbs.
