Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in driving sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and cultivating relationships with institutions in designated territories.
Core Responsibilities- You will develop and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that showcase Comcast products and services, achieving departmental financial and unit targets while staying up-to-date on competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
- Cultivate local partnerships and organizational affiliations to develop the sales territory. Generate new leads through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Retail customers by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring operational efficiencies meet customer expectations. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports as required.
To be successful in this role, you must have 5-7 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred. We are looking for individuals with knowledge of network design, MAN technologies, and designs, including DSx, OC-x, WDM, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services, Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP), Data Networking Technologies, Functionality & Services (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN), Networking Protocols (with an emphasis on Layers 1,2, & 3), Customer Premise Equipment (voice & data), Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts, and E-rate Contracting Processes and Procedures.
Compensation PackageThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wellness, and retirement plans, paid time off, and access to training and development opportunities.
