Position Overview

Role Summary: As a key member of our Tiki Bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the bar.
  • Process beverage orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Comply with Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) regulations.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
  • Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders, utilizing the POS system for transactions.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, ensuring precise cash handling practices.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly and professional interactions.
  • Encourage guests to enhance their orders with additional items.
  • Assist in the Tiki Bar's closing procedures, including cleaning and organizing the workspace.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possession of a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) card is required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Current RBS certification.

Compensation: Salary will be determined based on experience.
