Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rooms to oversee the operations of our hotel's rooms departments, including front office, reservations, PBX, adventure center, security, housekeeping, and spa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional results and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Rooms operations to lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead the team to ensure revenue maximization and accurate forecasting of occupancy.
  • Develop and participate in Revenue Optimization meetings, track historical data, and analyze market trends.
  • Collaborate with the hotel teams to communicate and coordinate the day-to-day operations.
  • Formulate and implement policies for the division, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Serve as the Manager on Duty when requested and be a member of the Emergency Response Team.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in the Rooms Department, with at least two years as a Department Head.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional results and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact well with others.
  • Conflict management resolution, listening, and empathy skills.
