Pest Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement all treatments in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Adhere to monthly schedules and perform pest control services at designated times.
  • Effectively communicate any alterations in schedule and workload to the Coordinator.
  • Conduct pre-risk assessments on-site as required.
  • Promptly report any incidents or accidents that occur.
  • Maintain an accurate site pest log and register.
  • Handle domestic pest control tasks efficiently.
  • Keep the chemicals register updated and organized.
  • Assist with inventory management and stocktaking.

Required Qualifications

  • Trade/Technical certification necessary (for pest control duties – 'qualified applicator'). Class A, Class M.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control and sanitation services.
  • Proficient knowledge in the safe operation of equipment and handling of chemicals.
  • Recent school leavers with a keen interest in pursuing a career in the Pest Control Industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Group 2 Driving License is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
