  • Production Support: Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities do not impact production schedules.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze equipment performance and implement process improvements to optimize equipment efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems typically found in automotive manufacturing environments.
