- Receive, categorize, and open mail items efficiently.
- Prepare various documents, including applications and verification papers, for digitization.
- Print and organize documents for outbound delivery and scanning.
- Create batches for document scanning, utilizing appropriate separator sheets.
- Utilize imaging technology to digitize documents, ensuring secure storage post-scanning.
- Operate essential mailroom machinery, including letter openers, sorters, shredders, and postage meters.
- Ensure that all mailroom and scanning equipment is regularly maintained and report any issues to the Operations Manager promptly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Knowledgeable about project and corporate policies as per the employee manual.
- Skilled in sorting and opening mail.
- Experienced in preparing documents for scanning.
- Capable of printing and organizing documents for outbound mailing.
- Familiar with creating batches for document scanning.
- Proficient in using scanners for document imaging.
- Knowledgeable in storing documents securely after scanning.
- Experienced in operating mailroom equipment effectively.
- Committed to maintaining equipment in good working order and reporting issues as they arise.
