Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve desired patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and document patient information
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- 0-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Successful completion of an IV therapy curriculum within 4 months of hire/transfer
- Ability to take nurse assignments at the top of LPN license in a med/surg/tele or Emergency Department setting
