Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
  • Computer Knowledge: Have basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software, preferably Denticon.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to carry out written and verbal instructions.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Qualifications: Meet state requirements for DA duties, continuing education, or license; Basic Life Support (BLS), cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate, and radiography certificate.
