Job Title: Assyrian Staffing Coordinator

Home Care Powered by AUAF is a leading non-profit organization providing non-medical in-home care services to seniors. We are seeking an experienced Assyrian Staffing Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Assyrian Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing client files, coordinating between case managers, caregivers, clients, and various AUAF departments. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer internal and external phone calls/emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Attend training and meetings as requested
  • Support coworkers in their absence and assist other departments as needed
  • Process new client onboarding, including starting in-home services and resolving EVV device issues
  • Update electronic documentation in ImageSilo and resolve attendance alerts in the Sandata application
  • Report changes in client condition to case managers and process annual client agreements and authorizations
  • Adjust client and caregiver schedules to meet MCO monthly required service hours
  • Recruit caregivers for existing clients and handle challenging cases and conflicts
  • Understand and promote AUAF, MCO, and IDoA regulations and standards
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Assyrian Speaker
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass state required background checks
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
