Job Summary

Home Care Powered by AUAF is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Spanish Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care management team, you will be responsible for coordinating between case managers, caregivers, clients, and various departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of up to 150 clients, ensuring timely and professional communication with caregivers and clients.
  • Process new client starts, including setting up caregivers and updating electronic documentation.
  • Resolve attendance alerts and EVV device issues in a timely manner.
  • Update client and caregiver schedules to meet MCO monthly required service hours.
  • Recruit caregivers for existing clients and handle challenging cases or conflicts.
  • Stay up-to-date on AUAF, MCO, and IDoA regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Spanish Speaker
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass state required background checks

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
