Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced infant caregiver to join our team at Wyndy, Inc. as a part-time caregiver. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with infants and a strong understanding of their developmental needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Create a safe and enriching environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Assist with feeding, diapering, and napping routines, maintaining a clean and organized space.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that stimulate infants' senses and encourage exploration.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of infant care activities, including feeding schedules, sleep patterns, and developmental milestones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants, preferably in a caregiving or childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with parents and infants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred.
