Infant Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to provide exceptional care for infants in the 49770 area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
• Establish a clean and organized space that promotes a sense of calm and security for our infants.
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and napping routines, ensuring our infants receive the best possible care.
• Develop strong communication skills to effectively communicate with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with availability to work on weekends, ensuring our families receive the care they need when they need it.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with parents and our team.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of our families.

Certifications:

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred, but not required.
