We are seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Case Manager to join our team at North Bay Regional Center. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities.

About Us

North Bay Regional Center (NBRC) is a nonprofit private corporation that contracts with the Department of Developmental Services to coordinate services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. We serve over 10,000 people living within the geographic boundaries of Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties.

Job Summary

The Early Intervention Case Manager will provide intake and ongoing assessments of infants and toddlers eligible for Early Intervention Services under California Early Start program mandates. You will assist eligible children and their families with the coordination of other resources, develop Individualized Family Service Plans, and participate in periodic reviews of the IFSP every six months or more frequently if conditions warrant.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited university
  • Credentialed Speech Pathologist or Nurse with PHN or PNP certification
  • Three years of experience in working with children in early intervention agencies and resources

Schedule: 8-hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday. Estimated salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Bilingual language differential available for those speaking, reading, and writing languages other than English.
