Key Responsibilities:

SUMMARY:
Assemble and install truck bodies, support the production and assembly of various components, and actively contribute as a team member.

JOB DUTIES:
- Assemble or install various truck body components
- Mechanically skilled and adept with hand, air, and power tools
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Collaborate as a team member, learning and rotating through different workstations
- Maintain acceptable quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards
- Acquire necessary supplies and parts for tasks
- Assist colleagues when assembly work is not required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Support the team in 5S initiatives
- Contribute to the implementation of Lean Principles

Qualifications for Success:



REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in Automotive, RV, or Boat sectors preferred
- Ability to use ladders, enter and exit trucks, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Proficient with air and electric-powered tools such as drills, torque wrenches, and rivet guns
- Capable of reading and understanding work orders, directions, charts, forms, and safety regulations
