About the Position

Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst/Trainer to support the State Department FSI. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivery of enterprise software training programs to drive business growth and excellence within our organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in learning analysis, strategy, content design, and development, as well as experience with needs assessment, requirements development, and analysis. Your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and deliver results-driven solutions will be crucial in achieving project objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult learning theory and effective instructional methods, as well as experience working with clients to gather and understand business requirements. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, will also be beneficial in creating engaging training materials and presentations.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000, based on qualifications and experience.
