Position Summary: Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is in search of a proactive and skilled professional to head the Academics Division. The individual will play a pivotal role in managing all facets of Ground School, PACE, and the Learning Center, ensuring exceptional educational standards for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute essential strategies aimed at improving the standardization, quality, and efficiency of the Academics Division.
- Work closely with the Chief Ground Instructor and Chief Flight Instructor to create and update course materials and curricula.
- Guarantee that all educational sessions are led by qualified instructors who meet regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the creation and upkeep of curriculum and assessment standards.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Current CFI/CFII/MEI or AGI/IGI Certificate is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Familiarity with flight school operations is beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Office and Windows environments.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Capability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings, with some exposure to flight simulators and related equipment.
- Must possess attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work autonomously.
