Join the Heart of Humankindess at CHI Lisbon Health as a versatile Nurse Assistant. We are seeking a Nurse Assistant to float in our Medical Surgical and Swing Bed. Our team believes patient comfort begins with basic patient care. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will collect patient information, support patient medication schedule reminders, and ensure each patient's personal needs are met. You will assist in the delivery of patient care and performance of established tasks and procedures under the supervision of a physically present and immediately available Registered Nurse/DON and/or provider. Patients depend on our CNAs, and we are looking to add another to our established team.

CHI Lisbon Health is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24-hour Emergency Level V Trauma Center. We are part of a larger family of quality healthcare facilities, CommonSpirit Health. Responsibilities:

* Contributes to the assessment of the health status of patients.
* Communicate patient information with care teams.
* Assist patients/families with meals or changing bed linens.
* Reports any changes in a patient's condition to the Charge Nurse.
* Must have ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse environment.

Qualifications:

* Registration as a Nurse Assistant or Certification by July 1, 2024.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
* Ability to read and communicate in English.

Preferred:

* High School graduate or equivalent.
