Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Lead Professional to join our dynamic team at The Children's Center of Brookline.

About the Role

This is a key position that involves creating, supporting, and implementing safe, fun, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate curriculum in a nature/outdoor focused setting for children ages 2 to 5 years.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of young learners.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with young children in a similar setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations and to promote inclusivity and equity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think creatively and to problem-solve effectively.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
