Job Overview:

The Customer Relations Professional will oversee the daily account management for Byrne customers. This role involves collaborating with clients to deliver product insights, technical assistance, and pricing information. The primary goal is to ensure a superior level of satisfaction for all customers during their interactions with Byrne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both Consumer and Commercial accounts, fostering robust relationships with assigned clients and occasionally engaging in on-site visits and discussions.
  • Provide internal support aimed at enhancing customer sales.
  • Act as the customer service liaison for Byrne clients, addressing inquiries related to production timelines, product availability, and other specifications.
  • Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations when required.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding products, offering detailed information on specifications and functionalities while referring complex technical questions to the Engineering department.
  • Document conversation details accurately.
  • Serve as a bridge to the production, engineering, and purchasing teams.
  • Initiate proactive outreach to customers to assess their satisfaction with Byrne Electrical products.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and innovate solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in company-wide Customer Service Management events focused on continuous improvement.
  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in customer service.
  • Preferred experience in inside sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment requiring patience and adaptability.
  • Fluency in foreign languages for international market engagement is a plus.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:
