As a leader in the fitness industry, StretchLab specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching. Our founders have a strong background in personal training, and we have developed a range of services aimed at empowering clients to achieve their wellness goals. Our team consists of certified experts in various fields, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, and Pilates. We take pride in our highly skilled team of stretching professionals, and our proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program guarantees that clients receive top-notch stretching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and facilitate group stretching classes for small groups.
  • Motivate and support clients throughout their stretching routines.
  • Promote StretchLab memberships and maintain client relationships.
  • Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and required training sessions.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales associates and management for studio tours and promotional events.
  • Maintain a strong online presence to foster client engagement and retention.
  • Keep all equipment clean and ready for client use at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for wellness and a strong interest in stretching, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Availability to commit to a set number of hours in the studio each week.
  • Preferred backgrounds include:
    • Licensed Massage Therapist
    • Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach
    • Licensed Physical Therapist (or PTA or Aide)
    • Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instructor
  • At least one year of experience in a fitness or wellness setting providing hands-on client training.
  • Ability to foster a welcoming and positive environment for all clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy.
  • A commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Willingness to complete the Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials, in-person training, and practice hours.
