Job Summary

Aequor is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Labor and Delivery setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of nursing.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
