As a Transportation Coordinator CNA, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining transportation vehicles, ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transportation Services: Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, including dialysis treatments.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless transportation services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as sorting mail and preparing FedEx packages.

Requirements:

  • Licensed CNA: Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant with the ability to drive a multi-passenger vehicle safely and appropriately.
  • Safe Driving Record: Possess and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years of age.
  • On-Call Availability: Must be available to work on-call and open to part-time work.
