Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lourdes Health Network. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and coordinate total nursing care for patients
  • Participate in patient and family teaching and provide leadership to ancillary nursing staff
  • Collaborate with other patient care personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • BSN Degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Acute Care Nursing experience and previous OR experience preferred
  • Current RN License in Washington State and current BLS required
  • ACLS required within 30 days of hire
  • Preferred Certification(s): CNOR
