Job Summary

Medicorp Inc is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide primary health care services to hospital and clinic patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family practice and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary health care services to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment of chronic and acute episodic illnesses and minor injuries.
Write prescriptions and perform office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment.
Counsel patients and families on physical and emotional health issues.
Participate in health promotional activities and contribute to decisions, planning, and policies related to clinical care.
Maintain thorough and complete medical records in a timely manner and demonstrate proficiency in using the Electronic Medical Record documentation system.

Requirements

Active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
