Culinary Leadership Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at The Bridges at Tartan Pines. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high-quality food standards.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
