About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Family Physician to lead our primary care services in South Bend, IN. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, providing high-quality, proactive care to employees and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered primary care, focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, prioritizing preventive care and lifestyle modifications.

- A salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active state licensure and DEA registration.
- CPR/BLS certification.
