At Avamere Three Fountains, you will work closely with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality patient care and support individuals in regaining independence and mobility. Our community offers a range of amenities, including a therapy gym, therapy kitchen, break area, and excellent SLP space with quiet office.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also have access to ongoing training and education opportunities to help you advance your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in department operations and development

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved curriculum in Occupational Therapy
  • Able to practice unencumbered
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
  • Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
  • Full knowledge of resident's rights
