Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at President Container Group, a leading manufacturer of Corrugated Packaging in rural Orange County, NY. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in Human Resources or a related field and 1+ years of experience as an HR Administrator or Administrative Support. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (Kronos is a plus) is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role will involve assisting the Recruitment process by posting jobs on various mediums and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as updating Vacation Calendar, filing, photo copying and scheduling meetings.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish (written and oral) and have superb computer literacy skills. They will work closely with both union and non-union employees, so a strong understanding of the Collective Bargaining Agreement document is necessary.

As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting all processes, including points, write-ups, scheduling, call-outs, and more. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
