Community Inclusion Coordinator Position

This role involves supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a day services program in Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating community-based activities and outings.
  • Facilitating social interactions and relationships.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid CT Driver's License and reliable vehicle with current CT registration and insurance.
  • PSL endorsement (or ability to obtain one).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR, First Aid, PMT and Med Certification are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, flexible schedules, and a generous benefits package including FREE employee health, dental, pension, paid time off, and other benefits.
