Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage property financial metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure portfolio profitability.
  • Lease and Contract Management: Review and interpret lease and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with owner and tenant obligations.
  • Expense Management: Approve all expenses incurred by each property and ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation.
  • Tenant Relations: Effectively resolve tenant issues, ensuring timely responses and resolution to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  • Facilities Management: Work closely with our facilities management team to maintain asset quality, schedule vendors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and supervise property managers, junior property managers, and assistant property managers, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure team success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college, with 7+ years of progressive property management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications: California Real Estate License and Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
