Position Overview:
Stefanini Group is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the essential functions of our Credit Risk Management division.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a vital member of a national team, providing technical support and data/reporting development services. Work collaboratively with team members, operating within a defined accountability framework while enjoying significant autonomy. Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure, adhering to best practices for scalability, security, availability, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence. Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient automated application deployment. Utilize infrastructure-as-code methodologies with tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing within the CI/CD framework. Monitor and resolve infrastructure and application issues, ensuring optimal performance and high availability. Continuously enhance and optimize AWS infrastructure and deployment processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of software development experience. At least 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies. Proven experience in deploying cloud-based and hybrid cloud solutions. Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, particularly with AWS. AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred. Strong background in migrating data from on-premises to cloud environments. Proficiency in managing AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Redshift, AWS Glue, and DMS. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. In-depth knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline. Familiarity with security best practices in AWS environments. Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Strong customer focus and business acumen. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills. Adaptable to changing requirements and responsibilities. Other essential skills include problem-solving, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree. AWS Certification (Certified DevOps/Developer/Solutions Architect).
