As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a vital role in our team by performing a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment and ingenuity.

Under the direction of the Radiologist, you will operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional radiographs of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.

You will be responsible for positioning and immobilizing patients on examining tables, using supportive devices to obtain precise patient positions and following protocols specified by the Radiologist.

Additionally, you will administer contrast media orally and/or IV contrast as ordered by referring physicians or Radiologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images
  • Position and immobilize patients for exams
  • Administer contrast media as ordered
  • Enter technical data into scanner computers
  • Monitor patient safety and comfort

Requirements:

  • Two years of previous experience preferred
  • Satisfactory completion of formal radiology technology training in an AMA-approved school
  • Registered/certified CT Technologist required
  • BLS Certification Required
