About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Consultant to join our ESI GlobalView team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging instructor-led training to associates and clients, applying adult learning theory and facilitation techniques to ensure the success of each learner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery: Deliver functional, technical, and/or skills training to associates and clients, including new hire orientation and rotational associate training, product curricula, and associated process and soft skill training.
  • Effectiveness: Consult with instructional designers on curricula effectiveness and make recommendations on changes to existing classes and the development of new classes to enhance associate performance and client experience.
  • Functional Knowledge: Stay up-to-date and proficient on ADP's products and services, including virtual training tools, desktop imaging/cleanup tools, and the Learning Management System.
  • Consulting: Understand associate performance goals and consult with associates on how to best apply tools and processes to perform their roles efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years' experience in training, service, implementation, or equivalent knowledge/experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll Solution.
  • Experience in training, service, implementation, or equivalent knowledge/experience with pertinent HCM products/solutions.
  • Experience processing/supporting payroll processing or in a customer-facing service role.
  • Experience developing and delivering engaging instructor-led technical or skills training.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a focus on service excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources.
  • Certification such as CPP, PHR, or FPC.
  • Knowledge of Cognition, adult learning, instructional design, and delivery theories.
  • Experience using Webex or other virtual delivery tools.
  • Aptitude to quickly pick up and learn new content and skills.
