We are seeking a talented Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Mortgage Benefits.
The ideal candidate will have strong strategic planning and client engagement skills, with the ability to deliver customized, growth-oriented solutions.
This role involves collaborating with clients to assess their goals and challenges, developing tailored strategies to foster client success and revenue growth, and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for:
- Building long-term client relationships through effective communication and relationship management.
- Developing and implementing growth-oriented strategies that drive client success and revenue growth.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and goals, and delivering customized solutions to meet those needs.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive $80,000 - $120,000 per year salary, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth in a client-focused role. Our team is collaborative and supportive, with a culture that values innovation and results.
