Job Title: CT Technologist

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Avon Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and related pathologic processes, as well as experience working with CT scanners and patient positioning. A Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and in good standing is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues
  • Position patients correctly for CT scans
  • Administer contrast materials as needed
  • Prepare and operate CT scan equipment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
  • Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and in good standing
  • Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required within one year of hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist
  • Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and related pathologic processes
