Role:
The Service Coordination Specialist will play a crucial role in relaying customer requirements and service histories to field technicians. This position involves dispatching technicians in the area and maintaining the database in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will ensure the productivity of field staff and provide essential support and communication to both internal and external clients.

USD $25.00/Hr.

Responsibilities:
Maintain dispatch boards (both manual and electronic) in real-time
Adhere to established processes for managing all customer inquiries
Convey necessary information to field personnel and management in line with company policy
Assist field staff and management with customer and company needs, ensuring tasks and calls are handled promptly
Treat all customers and colleagues with respect
Input service performance data and updates for customers
Schedule efficiently with RMS support
Manage purchasing and PO issuance as required to support operations
Clear all new calls and history, then present to the RSM for scheduling approval
Verify IVR, check-in/out for all customers with technicians
Ensure all technicians receive the necessary parts for service
Qualifications:
Demonstrated urgency in resolving issues
Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
High proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel
Focus on achieving desired outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative team player
Proven organizational and prioritization skills to manage time effectively
Previous experience as a Dispatcher, preferably in the service sector
Physical Requirements:
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, telephone, and printer.
Capable of sitting at a computer for extended periods.
