About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our distribution center in Southaven, MS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of associates and manage work schedules to ensure accurate attendance records.
  • Training and Development: Ensure new hires are thoroughly trained and provide ongoing training to all employees to ensure their continued success.
  • Quality, Safety, and Health: Maintain employee awareness and compliance with QSHE policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide reporting and participate in weekly and monthly business reviews to analyze process improvements and implement changes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Establish a clear communication channel between internal and external stakeholders and make recommendations to improve operations using continuous improvement techniques.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Meet with customer and key customer contacts to achieve mutually defined goals and provide KPIs to customer and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of warehousing experience, 3+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment, and 1+ year of experience with leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement.
  • Skills: Knowledge of various production and quality systems, proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
