Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.

Job Description
  • Lead the development and implementation of culinary programs, collaborating with Regional Vice Presidents, Directors of F&B, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and quality across the region.
  • Partner with marketing to create on-trend food concepts and drive revenue growth.
  • Mentor and develop culinary leadership talent, supporting their professional growth and retention.
  • Support corporate risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of culinary experience in hotel or restaurant management.
  • AOS/BS in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 65% of the time.
